In January 2009 we embarked on an exciting new 2-year fully-funded project Integrated Self Care in Family Practice, to develop better ways to support patients in looking after themselves using simple home remedies and other accessible approaches. We will be working with the staff and patients at Culm Valley, with two universities and with a leading NHS practice in London. This work will be based in the communities of patients and with their help we plan to have innovative new ways to help people look after themselves and their families.

This will be a very exciting project. As it develops through 2009 we will update these pages.
