Sustaincare has leased premises across two buildings - facing the modern Princesshay shopping precinct is Notaries House (above) a beautiful Georgian building from around 1700. The ground floor is home to our complementary health practice.

 

 

Hidden between Notaries House and the Cathedral is the fabulous medieval hall (right), the home to our community hub.

Finding us

 

Go to Bedford Street in the Princesshay shopping precinct and look for Café Rouge and Strada restaurants. Look between them with Café Rouge on your left and we are straight ahead down the steps.  For level access go further down Bedford Street past the Post Office, Neals Yard etc and you will see a vehicular access road (Chapel Street) on your right. Follow this back around to our front gate. If you need to drive for disabled access you must contact us for a pass to allow you into this area through the bollards off Southernhay. We have only limited parking and other disabled facilities so please make sure to talk about your access needs with us before making your reservation

To access the Hub on the Green and our medieval hall, you need to come from the Cathedral Close entrance. Walk along thenorth side of the Close, turning left from the Clarence Hotel, past ASK restaurant and then we are the first building past the Devon and Exeter Institution (you will see our big black doors on the left -see picture above too) The Hub has only limited opening hours without appointments (usually between noon and 1.30 pm) so do check if you want to visit..
