Self help and healing resources

On this page we list resources for healing and self care that we feel genuinely deliver  support and empowerment for people who need help.

Here you should find people who will help you. They will also treasure your dignity and will help you to make sense of your circumstances.

Providing health care is expensive and resources are always limited. Some here serve local communities and may not be able to help everyone who needs them. Some have to charge for treatments as they do not have sufficient core funding. However at the very least they are beacons of how health could be provided. Almost all have charitable status and would welcome financial support themselves.

This is our Hall of Fame for health care! These people are our heroes. They lead us all by serving us.
