Café Sustain was opened in January 2009 at the Culm Valley Integrated Centre for Health in Cullompton, Devon, England . Two years on it is still one of the very few cafés in a National Health Service medical practice.

It was opened as a new community hub for new self care initiatives at the practice, as part of the new NHS project Integrated Self Care in Family Practice. It is also a great place to drop in: the coffee is great, the fresh made cakes glorious and there are lots of simple homely snacks at great prices! Joey is joined by Janet and Lucy and they have created a great atmosphere.
