Café Sustain was opened in January 2009 at the Culm Valley Integrated Centre for Health in Cullompton, Devon, England . It is one of the very few cafés in a National Health Service medical practice.

It has been opened as a new community hub for new self care initiatives at the practice, as part of the new NHS project Integrated Self Care in Family Practice. It is also a great place to drop in: the coffee is great, the fresh made cakes glorious and there are lots of simple homely snacks at great prices! Joey is joined by Janet and Lucy and they have created a great atmosphere.

This is a fast developing project bringing self care and health care to life!  Watch this space!
