Food and eating

 

Eating well is central to wellbeing. Here we celebrate great resources that may help us choose wisely.

Our emphasis is on enjoyment, relishing and respecting food for its true worth, giving thanks for all who work to bring it to our tables, and taking time to appreciate it. We will learn better to cook and prepare too.

We think that robust enjoyment of good food is by far the most important contribution to a healthy diet and that other advice can easily lead to unhealthy food neuroses. Nevertheless there are important messages we can add to our core and these will be weaved in too.
